How to crop Meesho shipping labels to 4x6

Step by step: download labels, choose settings and print on a thermal printer without cutting the barcode.

Why crop Meesho labels?

Meesho gives you an A4 page for every order, with the shipping label on the top half and the tax invoice below it. Thermal printers use 4x6 inch rolls, so printing the A4 page wastes labels and often shrinks the barcode.

Step by step

1. Open the Meesho supplier panel, go to Orders, select Ready to ship and download the label PDF.
2. Open the Meesho label crop tool and drop the PDF. You can add several PDFs together.
3. Keep 4x6 selected. Choose Sort by SKU so the same products come together.
4. Choose what to do with the invoice: remove it, keep it after each label, or download it as a separate file.
5. Press Crop labels and then Download or Open to print. Print at actual size.

Tips for clean prints

Set your thermal printer paper to 4x6 inch (100 x 150 mm) in printer settings.

Turn on Add picklist page to get a packing list with total quantity for each SKU.

If a label looks cut, press Adjust and draw the label area once. It is saved for next time.
