Cancellation and refund policy

If a paid plan does not work for your label format and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your registered email.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Plans are not auto renewed, so there is nothing to cancel. Accounts suspended for sharing are not eligible for a refund.
