Reduce Meesho shipping charges with image variants

Why image and category change your shipping estimate, and how to test variants quickly.

Why the image matters

Meesho estimates shipping for a catalog when you upload it. Sellers often see a different charge for different images of the same product.

How to test

1. Open the Low shipping image maker and drop a clear product photo.
2. Make 8 variants. Each one places the product a little smaller on a white canvas.
3. In the Meesho supplier panel upload variant 1 and note the shipping charge. Try the next variants.
4. Keep the image with the lowest charge that still shows your product clearly.
