How to crop Flipkart shipping labels in bulk and keep the invoice
A step by step way to crop many Flipkart labels at once, print on a thermal printer and keep the invoice copy.
Why crop labels at all
A Flipkart download usually holds the label and the invoice on one A4 page. If you print it as it is, you use a full sheet for a sticker that is about the size of a postcard.
The bulk method
- Download all label PDFs for the day from the seller panel.
- Open the Flipkart label crop tool and drop every file in together.
- Choose 4 x 6 inch if you use a thermal printer.
- Pick "Label, then invoice on next page" if you want to keep invoice copies.
- Press Crop labels and print the single output file.
Check the preview first
The tool shows page 1 with a solid box around the block it will keep. If the box is on the label, the rest of the file will follow the same layout.
Common problems
If a page comes out empty, the source page probably had no printed content. If the crop cuts through the label, use the manual Crop PDF tool for that file.
