How to crop Limeroad labels
- Log in to your Limeroad seller dashboard, open your orders and download the label PDF. The label PDF combines the shipping label for the outside of the parcel and the tax invoice for the inside on the same page.
- Drop the PDF in the box above. You can add many files at once and they are merged into one print file.
- Pick the output size. Use 4x6 for a thermal printer, 4x4 or 3x5 for other label rolls, A4 x4 to print four labels on one A4 sheet, or Exact to keep the original size.
- Choose how to sort: SKU wise, Courier wise or Sold By. Keep Multi order at bottom on so parcels with more than one item are easy to spot while packing.
- The invoice is removed by default so you print only the label for the outside of the parcel. Turn on Keep Invoice if you want the invoice printed with each label.
- Press Proceed, check the preview, then download the labels and print at 100% actual size.

Common questions
How do I crop a Limeroad label?
Download the label PDF from your Limeroad seller dashboard, drop it on this page, keep 4x6 selected and press Proceed. The label is cropped, extra space is removed and you can sort, preview and download the file.
What is the size of a Limeroad label?
Limeroad label PDFs come as full pages with the label using only part of the page. Thermal label printers use a 4x6 inch roll (100 x 150 mm), so this tool crops the label to 4x6. It also supports 4x4, 3x5, four labels on one A4 sheet and an exact size.
Is the Limeroad label crop tool free?
Yes. It is free with no daily limit and no signup. You can crop as many Limeroad labels as you need.
Does it work with TSC, Zebra, Xprinter and Godex printers?
Yes. The output is a standard PDF in 4x6 inch (100 x 150 mm) or other label sizes, so it prints on any thermal label printer. Print at 100% and choose the same paper size in the printer settings.
Why should I separate the label and invoice?
The label goes on the outside of the parcel and the invoice goes inside. Printing the combined page on a thermal roll wastes paper, and extra text near the barcode can cause scanning problems. Separating them gives a clean label and an invoice you can print on A4.
Which Limeroad file should I upload?
Upload the label PDF you download from your Limeroad seller dashboard. If your file has a different layout and the crop is off, press Adjust and draw the label area once.
Can I keep or remove the invoice?
Yes. Invoice pages are removed by default so you print only the label. Turn on Keep Invoice to keep the invoice with each label.
Can I sort Limeroad labels by SKU or courier?
Yes. You can sort by SKU, by courier partner such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express or Shadowfax, or by Sold By. Sorting groups similar parcels together so packing and pickup handover are faster.
Can I print four Limeroad labels on one A4 sheet?
Yes. Choose A4 x4 and four labels are placed on each A4 page. This saves paper if you do not have a thermal printer.
Can I crop many PDFs at once?
Yes. Add as many PDFs as you like. With Merge Files on, they become one print file. Turn it off if you want one output per uploaded PDF.
Does cropping change the barcode?
No. The label is copied as vector content and only the empty area around it is removed, so barcodes stay sharp and scannable.
How do I print Limeroad labels correctly?
Print at 100% or Actual size. Do not use Fit to page because it can shrink the barcode and make courier scanning hard. Set the paper size to 4x6 inch (100 x 150 mm) for thermal rolls and set margins to none.
What is the picklist page?
A picklist is a summary page that lists every SKU with its total quantity, so your team can pick all units of a product in one go. It is added when you have at least the number of orders you set, and you can also place it as the first page.
Is my Limeroad label PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Cropping runs inside your browser, so your label PDF never leaves your device.
The crop is not perfect for my label. What can I do?
Press Adjust, draw the label area once and save it. The same area is used for every page and remembered for next time.
Can I add my SKU, date or store QR on the label?
Yes. Open More options to print the SKU and quantity or the date and time on each label, and to add your store QR code.
Does it work on mobile?
It runs in the browser, so it works on modern phone browsers too. A laptop or desktop is easier for large batches.
Adjust crop area
Drag the orange box over the label. Drag corners to resize. This area is used for every page and saved for next time.
Crop Limeroad shipping labels the easy way
Limeroad label PDFs combine the shipping label for the outside of the parcel and the tax invoice for the inside on the same page. Printing the combined page wastes thermal paper, confuses packers and can make the barcode hard to scan. A Limeroad label crop tool separates the label from the invoice and fits the label to the size you print.
SellerLabel crops every Limeroad label to 4x6 in one go, removes the invoice or keeps it after each label, sorts the labels by SKU or courier and adds a picklist page with the total quantity of each product. You can also print the SKU and quantity on each label, print four labels on one A4 sheet, or draw your own crop area. Everything runs in your browser, so your orders stay private.
What you get with this Limeroad label cropper
- Label crop and extra page removal. Only the shipping label is kept, so you use less paper.
- Label and invoice separation. Print only the label for the outside of the parcel, or keep the invoice to put inside.
- 4x6, 4x4, 3x5, A4 x4 and exact size output for thermal printers and A4 sheets.
- Sort by SKU, courier or Sold By, with Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express or Shadowfax and other couriers detected.
- Multi order at bottom and large parcel at bottom to organise packing.
- Picklist page with total quantity per SKU, and an order summary you can export as CSV.
- Merge many PDFs from different days into one print file.
- SKU, quantity, date and store QR printed on the label if you need them.
- Private by design. Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded.
Limeroad label size: 4x6 or A4?
Most sellers print Limeroad labels on a 4x6 inch (100 x 150 mm) thermal roll. It is fast and the barcode stays sharp. If you only have an A4 inkjet or laser printer, choose A4 x4 to print four labels on one sheet. Read the comparison in our guide on 4x6 vs A4 shipping labels.
Sort Limeroad labels by SKU and courier to pack faster
A cropped file with many mixed labels still slows packing. Sort by SKU so all orders of the same product sit together, and the picklist tells you how many pieces to pick. Sort by courier so Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express or Shadowfax parcels are bundled for pickup. Parcels with more than one item can be moved to the bottom so they are not missed.
