Cancellation and refund policy

If a paid plan does not work for your label format and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from your registered email address. Tell us the plan you bought, the date of payment and what did not work.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after we approve the request.

Plans are not auto renewed, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends when the period is over.

Accounts suspended for sharing, or for breaking the terms of use, are not eligible for a refund.
